This 35m² studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift. Ideally located close to Avenue Montaigne, the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, etc. You'll find it easy to get around the capital. This central location gives you easy access to the city's iconic attractions, luxury shops, fine restaurants and public transport. It consists of: - A fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher... - A lounge with sofa, dining table and TV - A sleeping area with a double bed, separated from the living area by curtains - A shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine - Separate WC - Storage space - TV and broadband internet access - Bed linen and towels provided You'll have access to the whole flat, so you'll feel right at home. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you will need to collect the keys from our office. Arrival on a WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
